Chapter 2
In Chapter 2, ICC would revise Rule 201(c). Currently, this rule lists some of the entity types that may be approved as Treasury Participants including registered broker-dealers, registered investment companies, banks, <span class="match">insurance</span> companies, or such other person or class of persons that the Commission may designate as appropriate. The Proposed Rule Change would add Futures Commission Merchants and registered clearing agencies to the list in Rule 201(c).
