Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
Plain English Summary
The Farm Credit Administration (FCA) has updated its records system that keeps track of non-payroll employee information. This system is used for managing employee benefits and support programs. The changes include updates to the types of individuals whose information is stored, where that information comes from, and how the records are protected. Insurance agents should be aware of these updates as they may impact how employee information is handled and safeguarded in their own practices.
